@mwlundberg: I love it! its a shame not more places use it.
I use it my own provider, hosted on two different hosts, to get increased reliability. On the back end, I delegate to MyOpenID and another provider

It is better that it doesn't require all data to be transferred encrypted?!! Hmm... okay mate..
@ BUGabundo: what if I don't want to roll my own? Do the OpenID providers differ at all in terms of what they offer? I assume that your vote is for MyOpenID?

yeah, MyOpenID is fully supported by OpenID my Jainrain
I use myopenid, not for any particular reason though.
